Our Body Awareness lessons use gentle, mindful movements to deepen your connection between body and mind, enhancing physical awareness, reducing tension, and improving well-being.
Ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this method boosts creativity by enhancing posture, flexibility, and body awareness, leading to greater freedom in movement and artistic expression. Through exploration and curiosity, it inspires new ways of moving and interacting with your environment.

Juliana Appel
Juliana Appel is a theatre teacher, actress, and Feldenkrais practitioner (in her fourth year of education). She was born in Brazil where she specialized in Art Education and worked for over 10 years in a creative studio with children and adults. She currently lives in Aarhus and works with Ludico Theatre where she integrates the Feldenkrais and Viewpoint to develop stage awareness and presence. Her most recent work is MOM-a one-woman show.
